ICN 3000-CA Resident Callcord Station with Auxiliary Jack
The ICN 3000-CA Resident Callcord Station with Auxiliary Jack provides residents an assist call and caregivers with Staff Assist functionality. Activating the call cord or pushing the HELP button activates the ICN 3000-CA Resident Call Cord Station with Auxiliary Jack. Also, activation of a connected device will passively place a unique alarm on the Navi-Call System when that device alarms. Senior care residents will appreciate easy-to-reach activation from their beds, chairs or wheelchairs that dispatches help immediately. Calls will enunciate to any assigned display, sconce, light and/or staff notification device (VoIP, radio, phone, tablet or pager, etc.). A CANCEL button clears active call(s) from the station.
The resident’s call cord (and any auxiliary device with a quarter-inch male connector) is connected via a quarter-inch female connector, unexposed and side-mounted, for positive connection to an ICN 3500-C series call cord, other compatible quarter-inch jack (mono or stereo) call cord or other connected auxiliary device using a quarter-inch male connector. An alarm (CORD OUT) is sent when the call cord (or auxiliary device w/ quarter-inch connector) is disconnected from the station. Cord removal while pressing the CANCEL button eliminates the need for ‘dummy plugs’.
The stain-resistant overlay keypad is designed for ease of resident and staff use, with simple HELP and CANCEL buttons, as well as a “hidden” Staff Assist button to summon extra support in emergency situations.
